Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.

  Benediction & Prayer

Romans 8:38-39

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Our Father in heaven,

In this time of fear, anxiety, and the unknown, may we experience the calming power of faith, the confidence of our hope, and the comfort of your unfailing love. This world is filled with change, and life is so different for all of us. Help us to hold onto the one thing that remains constant and eternal - your love for us. And may we show that unfailing, never-ending, unconditional love to others.

In the name of Christ Jesus our Lord,

Amen
